Pricing questions
How is pricing calculated?
You pay per branch (location). Every feature is included; the only add-on is WhatsApp messaging, which is billed at cost by the messaging provider.
Is there a limit on staff or appointments?
No. Add as many staff, customers, pets and appointments as you need.
What does yearly billing save?
Yearly billing costs roughly ten months' worth — two months are on us.
Do prices include tax?
Prices shown exclude applicable taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added on your invoice.
Can I switch products later?
Yes. Your plan covers one product type per branch; you can switch or add more at any time and we'll prorate the difference.
Is data migration really free?
Yes. We import customers, pets, services and products from spreadsheets or exports from your old system at no cost.
