Create your account and set up your workspace

Sign up, confirm your email and create your business workspace with a starter service menu and your own booking link.

Setting up FurKisses takes two short forms: one for you (your login) and one for your business (your workspace).

Who can do this: anyone. The person who creates a workspace becomes its Owner.

Create your login

  1. 1Go to /signup (or click Create an account on the sign-in page).
  2. 2Enter Your name, Work email and a Password. Passwords need at least 10 characters with at least one letter and one number.
  3. 3Click Create account.
  4. 4If email confirmation is switched on for your FurKisses site, you'll see "Check your inbox to confirm your email." Open the email and click the link. It signs you in and takes you to the setup form. If the link has expired or was already used, the sign-in page says so; sign in with your password or request a new link.

Set up your business

On the Let's set up your pet business page (/onboarding):

  1. 1Business name: shown on invoices and your booking page.
  2. 2Your booking link: filled in from your business name as you type. Customers will book at /book/your-link. Use lowercase letters, numbers and dashes, at least 3 characters. If someone else already has it, you'll see "That booking link is taken — try another."
  3. 3Country: sets your currency, timezone and tax label. India and Australia start as GST (18% and 10%), the UAE, the Philippines, Thailand and the UK as VAT (5%, 12%, 7% and 20%), and the US as "Tax" at 0% because sales tax varies by state, so enter your local rate in Settings.
  4. 4Phone and First branch name are optional. If you leave the branch name blank, it's called "Main branch".
  5. 5Under What do you offer?, choose one or more of Salon grooming, Mobile grooming, Boarding, Daycare, Vet clinic and Pet store.
  6. 6Click Create my workspace.

What your choices switch on

Your choices control which sidebar sections you see. Boarding, Daycare, Mobile routes and Clinic only appear if you picked that service. Each one also adds a few starter services that you can edit:

  • Salon grooming: Bath & brush, Full groom (bath, haircut, nails), plus Nail trim and Tick & flea treatment as add-ons
  • Mobile grooming: Doorstep full groom
  • Boarding: Overnight boarding (priced per night)
  • Daycare: Daycare full day and Daycare half day
  • Vet clinic: General consultation and Vaccination
  • Pet store: no starter services

You also get default WhatsApp templates (booking confirmed, 24h reminder, pick-up ready, invoice, payment reminder, vaccine due and feedback).

Good to know

  • Starter prices are scaled to your currency (for example Bath & brush starts at ₹799, AED 40, ₱550, ฿350 or 15.99 in AUD, GBP and USD). They're only a starting point, so update them to your own prices in /app/settings/services.
  • To change what you offer later, go to Settings → Business profile → What you offer.
  • You can't change your booking link from the app after setup, so pick it carefully.
  • If your owner already invited your email, just sign up with that email. You'll go straight into their workspace instead of the setup form.
