Manage branches and opening hours

Add locations, set weekly opening hours that control online booking times, and deactivate a branch you no longer use.

Every business starts with one branch, created during setup. Add more as you grow. Each branch has its own address, opening hours, rooms and team.

Who can do this: roles with "Manage branches". By default that's Owner and Admin only.

See your branches

Go to Branches in the sidebar (/app/branches). Each card shows the address, whether the branch is open today, and today's bookings, this month's revenue, staff and rooms. Staff who aren't assigned to a branch count towards every branch. If you have more than one branch and can view reports, Compare branches opens the branch comparison report.

Add a branch

  1. 1Click Add branch.
  2. 2Enter the Branch name and, optionally, Phone, Email, Address and City.
  3. 3Add Latitude and Longitude, or click the pin button to use your current location.
  4. 4Set the Opening hours (see below).
  5. 5Click Add branch.

To edit a branch, click its card, make your changes and click Save branch.

Opening hours and online booking

For each day, set the opening and closing times, or tick Closed. New branches start at 9:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

These hours control which times customers can pick on your booking page:

  • The first time offered is the opening time, then one every Slot size (set in /app/settings/business).
  • The whole appointment has to finish by closing time.
  • Times inside your Minimum notice are hidden.
  • A time only shows if at least one bookable staff member who works at that branch (or across all branches) is free.
  • Overnight stays offer drop-off times during opening hours.
  • On days marked Closed, no times are offered. Customers can book up to 60 days ahead.

Deactivate a branch

Open the branch and click Deactivate branch. Its records are kept, but it's hidden from online booking and the branch switcher. Click Reactivate branch to bring it back. You must always have at least one active branch.

Good to know

  • Hours apply every week. There's no setting for one-off holidays yet, so tick Closed for that day and untick it afterwards.
