Set your business details, tax and invoice settings

Update your logo, contact details, country, currency, tax registration, invoice numbering and online booking rules.

Your business profile controls what appears on invoices and your booking page, and how tax is worked out.

Who can do this: Owners and Admins can edit it. Managers can open the page but see it read-only, with the note "Only owners and admins can change business details."

Open the page

Go to Settings → Business profile (/app/settings/business).

What you can set

  1. 1Profile: Logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, under 900 KB), Business name, Phone, Email and Address.
  2. 2Region & tax: Country, Currency (a 3-letter code such as INR), Timezone, Tax label (GST, VAT and so on) and Default tax rate %. When you change the country, the currency, timezone, tax label and default tax rate update to that country's usual values (for example 20% VAT in the UK, 0% in the US because sales tax varies by state). Change any of them before saving if yours differ.
  3. 3Your tax number: in India the field is called GSTIN and must be a valid 15-character GSTIN (for example 29ABCDE1234F1Z5). Elsewhere it's called "VAT registration no." or similar.
  4. 4Tick We're registered for GST (show it on invoices) if you are. The wording follows your tax label. If you tick it, you also have to enter your tax number.
  5. 5Tick My prices already include tax if your service and product prices already include tax.
  6. 6Invoices: an Invoice prefix (for example INV gives INV-00042, using letters, numbers, dashes and slashes) and an Invoice footer for a thank-you note, bank details or terms.
  7. 7Online booking: switch Accept bookings at /book/your-link on or off, and choose a Slot size (every 10 to 60 minutes) and a Minimum notice (from None to 2 days).
  8. 8What you offer: turn Boarding, Daycare, Mobile grooming, Vet clinic and the other services on or off. This changes which sidebar sections everyone sees.
  9. 9Click Save changes.

Good to know

  • Each service can have its own tax rate. Leave it blank to use the default rate. See Services, add-ons and size-based pricing.
  • New businesses in the UK and the US start with the label "Tax" and a 0% rate, so check both before you send your first invoice.
  • Your booking link can't be changed here.
  • Opening hours are set per branch, not here. See Branches and opening hours.
