Track staff performance, ratings and commission

See each team member's completed bookings, no-shows, revenue, commission and customer ratings.

FurKisses shows performance in two places: on each person's profile, and in the Staff performance report.

Who can do this: the profile Performance tab (revenue and commission) is visible only to Owners, Admins and Managers, and to each team member on their own profile. Other roles don't see the tab, and the Commission line on the profile is hidden from them too. The report needs View reports & exports (by default Owner, Admin and Manager).

On a staff profile

Open Staff, click a person, then open the Performance tab. You'll see:

  1. 1Completed (all time): bookings with this person marked completed, plus how many were in the last 30 days.
  2. 2No-shows: all-time no-shows and the no-show rate.
  3. 3Revenue (30 days): the total of invoice lines credited to this person on invoices issued in the last 30 days. Unpaid, partly paid and paid invoices count; drafts and voided invoices don't. The commission underneath is their Commission % times that revenue.
  4. 4Avg rating: their all-time average from customer feedback.
  5. 5Latest feedback: their five most recent ratings and comments.

Staff performance report

Go to Reports, then Staff performance (/app/reports/staff). It shows a Revenue by team member chart and a Team scorecard with Bookings, Completed, No-shows, No-show rate, Rating, Revenue and Commission for each person. Choose a date range at the top, and click Export CSV to download it.

Setting commission

  1. 1Open the person's profile and click Edit.
  2. 2Set Commission % (0–100, in steps of 0.5).
  3. 3Click Save changes.

Commission is calculated as commission % × line amount, on the invoice lines assigned to that person.

Good to know

  • Ratings come from the public feedback link and count toward whoever was assigned to the booking. See Collect feedback and ratings.
  • Ratings are always all-time, even in the report.
  • FurKisses calculates commission for you but doesn't pay it out. Use the figures to run your own payroll.
  • Revenue and commission on the profile are private: only Owners, Admins, Managers and the person themself can see them.
